Managed services suit work that can be described through a clear purpose, agreed deliverables and acceptance criteria. You bring the business context and the requirements. ADCO scopes the people, instructions, review responsibilities and delivery coordination needed for the engagement.
The starting point might be a collection of records to prepare, responses to evaluate, claims to verify or an operational queue that needs human review. We define what is included, what remains with your team and which dependencies must be resolved before delivery begins.

Make quality part of the scope
A useful quality plan describes what reviewers assess and what evidence supports acceptance. It identifies required language or subject knowledge, task instructions, review coverage, defect categories and the route for unresolved decisions. The appropriate arrangement depends on the material and the consequences of error.
Our Quality Policy establishes requirements for qualification, calibration, correction and authorized release. Project objectives and review methods are agreed for the actual work. A general service description does not establish a universal accuracy result or guarantee.

Keep ownership clear through delivery
The engagement identifies an accountable delivery owner, the relevant quality responsibility and who can approve release. These roles connect the work to a decision: ready for delivery, in need of correction or waiting for clarification. Your team retains the responsibilities assigned to it in the agreement, including required source material and client approvals.
Reporting should explain the agreed scope, completed work, review findings and material exceptions. When requirements change, the affected instructions and acceptance criteria need review so the team can continue against a shared understanding.

Establish the working boundaries
Before access begins, confirm the information involved, permitted systems, authorized people, processing locations, transfer arrangements and retention requirements. Specialist or sensitive work may need additional qualification, assessment or agreements. Unresolved requirements should shape the scope before a commitment is made.
Begin with a short description of the work and the result you want. We can discuss the appropriate delivery arrangement and the information needed to scope it. Confidential materials belong in an agreed secure exchange after the necessary arrangements are in place.
