Two ways to work
Staff augmentation
Dedicated talent for the workflow you direct. Define the role, required expertise and responsibilities, then discuss the people your team needs.
Dedicated talent
Add expertise to your existing workflow
Staff augmentation is an option when your team wants to direct the work, maintain its own processes and bring additional people into a defined role. ADCO supports sourcing and qualification against the agreed requirements, together with the personnel coordination and performance responsibilities included in the engagement.
Roles can support data preparation, annotation, evaluation, verification or human oversight within an AI-enabled operation. The fit depends on the actual task, language, subject matter, tools, working arrangement and expected level of judgment. A broad role category is a starting point for qualification.
Dedicated talent
Specify the role before the assignment
A useful role brief explains what the person will do, how work is assigned, which decisions they can make and where they should seek direction. It should identify required experience, assessment criteria, availability needs and any specialist qualifications. Sourcing begins from that brief; availability and suitability must be confirmed for the engagement.
Preparation also needs to cover your instructions and approved tools. Familiarity with one workflow does not automatically establish readiness for another, particularly where the information, language or consequences are different.
Dedicated talent
Allocate responsibility explicitly
Where the client directs the workflow, the agreement should identify who provides task instructions, day-to-day supervision, system access, quality review and final acceptance. ADCO's agreed role can include qualification, personnel management, escalation and performance coordination. Client-controlled decisions remain with the responsible client owner as stated in the agreement.
The arrangement also needs a practical way to raise unclear instructions, workload concerns, performance issues and changes to the role. Clear contacts help the person doing the work obtain the direction they need and help both teams address a concern within their authority.
Dedicated talent
Connect the person to an authorized environment
Access, work locations, confidentiality, devices and information handling must meet the engagement's requirements before assignment. Dedicated talent works through the approved arrangement; an assignment does not permit undisclosed delegation or access to unrelated client information. Any change affecting those boundaries requires the relevant review.
If your priority is to place responsibility for a defined set of deliverables with an ADCO-managed team, explore managed services as well. The right choice follows the responsibility you want to retain and the coordination your organization can provide.
